Common questions

How much does a project cost?

It depends on scope, so we don’t quote blind. After a short conversation we agree a small first release with a fixed scope and price in writing — so you know the cost before work starts.

How long until we see something working?

We aim to put a usable first slice in front of your team early, then improve it in short cycles with regular demos. The exact timeline is part of the written scope.

Who owns the code?

You do. Source code, hosting accounts and admin access belong to you from day one, and you’re free to move to another team at any time.

Do we have to sign up for hosting and care?

No. Care is optional and written as its own agreement. If you’d rather run the system yourselves, we leave it documented and ready for that.

Can you work with our existing software?

Yes — much of our work is connecting or extending tools you already use. If something already does the job well, we’ll recommend keeping it.
